Dear ISIN members,
A couple of months ago we decided that the ISIN Educational Course 2020 in Kyoto had to be cancelled due to the corona virus. It was scheduled for end November in conjunction with the Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society of Clinical Neurophysiology (JSCN). Since then we were looking into alternative (digital) options and kept the close collaboration with our Japanese colleagues.
The JSCN originated from the Japanese Society of Electroencephalography and Electromyography. In order to engage in discussions spanning a broader range of fields, the society was renamed to the Japanese Society of Clinical Neurophysiology. This year they celebrate their 50th Memorial Annual Meeting hosted by Professor Takanori Saito. Their congress will be held Thursday, 26 November to Saturday, 28 November 2020 at the Kyoto International Conference Center. Please find further congress information on the website: http://www2.issjp.com/50jscn/en/index.html
It is our honour to announce that the ISIN will have the opportunity to participate in the above mentioned event and partner with the JSCN team. We have a designated 7-hour slot during which we will present IOM sessions on brain, spinal cord and spine. Among the speakers we have a dedicated team of ISIN board members, Prof Kunihiko Kodama and guest lecturer Prof Muneharu Ando. Please find the detailed agenda below.
Due to the time difference, the presentations are pre-recorded and will be casted as follows:
- Friday, 27 November 8:00 - 15:00 JST/ Time Japan
- Friday, 27 November 0:00 - 07:00 CET/ Time Central EU
- Thursday, 26 November 18:00 - Friday, 27 November 01:00 EST/ Time Eastern America
